New Recruits
How to Join
2277 Seaforth Highlanders of Canada accepts applications for new cadets from September until April each year. Typically the best time to join is in September, however new cadets are always welcome.
To join air cadets, please come visit us at Yorkson Creek Middle School Gym 20686 84 Ave Langley on a Tuesday night during the school year between 6:30pm and 9:00pm. Upon your arrival, please report to the Duty Officer Desk.
Once you are there, you will be provided with a tour of the Corps facilities and an adult staff member will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding the program. Below we have all of the paperwork available in electronic form, please print these forms and bring to the Corps when you drop by.
The following is a list of requirements you must meet to be eligible to join air cadets:

Must be at least 12 years of age at the time of enrollment

Must be a Canadian Citizen or Landed Immigrant of Canada

Please click on the link below for the primary documents to join army cadets at 2277 Corps. Print your own copy and once you have completed filling in the form please print and bring the document when applying for membership to the Corps. Please note you maybe requested to fill in further paperwork while at the Corps. Please bring your a photocopy child's birth certificate and care card so that we can make copies for our files.
