Promotions

Rank promotions are governed by national standards (CATO 13-02) and local standards (Corps Policy on Promotions). Promotions are not automatic.

The Commanding Officer promotes deserving cadets at the recommendation of the Training Officer and Staff of 2277 RCACC.

Once promoted, the cadet will receive a  badge which is to be sewn onto the uniform for the following Tuesday. Placement of badges may be found under "Dress Regulations". All Promotions are to a acting position and can be revoked if a cadet does not fulfil their duties of the new rank.
